Payment process:

Add to Cart: Add the filtered water bottle you would like to purchase to your cart.

Checkout: Clicking on the shopping cart icon will display the added products, clicking on the “Checkout” button will take you to the checkout page.

Fill in the information: On the checkout page, fill in your delivery information. Please make sure to provide accurate information so that we can successfully ship your item.

Payment: Choose to pay with PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to enter your PayPal account information to complete the payment.

What should I do if I can’t pay?

If you encounter any problems during the payment process or are unable to complete the payment, please take the following steps:
Make sure the payment information you enter is accurate and that you don’t exceed your credit card limit or PayPal account balance.
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, please make sure your PayPal account is in good standing and has enough balance to pay for your order.

How to cancel an order?

Cancellation within 30 minutes: If you decide to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, you can cancel the order on the website. You can find the order details for which you have completed payment in your account, select the order that needs to be canceled and click the “Cancel Order” button.

Cancellation after 30 minutes: If it exceeds 30 minutes, order cancellation needs to be processed by contacting customer service Dashan Jennings by sending an email to [email protected]. Please provide your order number so we can assist you in canceling your order more quickly.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

How long is the return validity period?

The return validity period is 7 natural days.
The refund will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the return is completed. If you need to check the refund status, please check your PayPal account.
The refund amount does not include the $6 shipping fee when the customer first paid.
